Data controller
GeWell is the controller responsible for processing the personal data you provide through the forms on this website. You can reach us at any time at hola@omwell.es for any question related to your personal data.
What data we collect
When you complete one of our information request forms we collect: name, email, phone or WhatsApp (optional), country or city (optional), the program you're interested in, your date or week preferences, whether you're traveling solo or accompanied, what you're looking for at this moment, any free-text message you write to us, the page you submitted the form from, and the language you're browsing the site in. We do not request medical information or health data at this initial contact stage.
Purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively to respond to your request for information, guide you toward the GeWell program most suited to your situation, and, if you continue the process, support you in organizing your experience. We do not use your data for marketing purposes, nor do we share it with third parties for advertising.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, given by checking the privacy checkbox before submitting any of our forms. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hola@omwell.es.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as there's an active information request or as needed to manage your GeWell experience, and afterward for as long as legally required. You can request deletion of your data at any time, unless we're legally required to retain it.
Recipients and data processors
Your data is stored in Sanity.io, the content management platform (CMS) we use to run this website, which acts as a data processor on our behalf. If you accept our cookie notice, we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to analyze site usage in aggregate; we do not share your data with any other third party except where legally required.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct it if inaccurate, request its deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and request data portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to hola@omwell.es. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe our handling of your data doesn't comply with applicable law.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies to understand how this site is used (pages visited, visit duration, device type) and improve the experience. These cookies are non-essential and only activate if you expressly accept them in the notice shown on your first visit; if you decline, no analytics cookie is set. You can change your decision at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site. We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts are self-hosted at build time, so no request is made to external Google Fonts servers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. We recommend reviewing it periodically. The date of the last update is tracked in this page's content management record.
