A week by the sea to enter Rasayana with rest, treatments, Yoga, body practice, a freer midday, walks and sunsets.
Ut vivimus, ita senescimus.
GeWell designs preventive health programs for modern life, rooted in Ayurveda and Yoga.

GeWell brings together knowledge, trusted professionals and guidance across three connected stages: preparation, immersion and integration. The aim is for the experience to stay with you — in the way you work, rest, move and live — helping you regain energy, develop a more conscious relationship with your body and find a rhythm you can sustain over time.

Ayurveda is India's traditional medicine and a knowledge of life based on observing each person and their rhythms. Constitution, digestion, energy, rest, nutrition, environment and life stage are all part of the same reading. Its strength lies in individualization: understanding what each person needs to live more coherently with their body and better sustain their health over time.
Before traveling, the preparation helps you understand what Rasayana is, how the program unfolds and the role Ayurveda, nutrition, rest, Yoga and daily rhythm will play during the stay. It also helps you arrive with more clarity about your own starting point, expectations and intention.
During the immersion, what you understood starts becoming practice. Each day combines ayurvedic accompaniment with Yoga, treatments, nutrition, rest and a rhythm designed to pay more attention to the body and how it responds.
On return, the integration helps carry what was learned and experienced into everyday life. The intention is to identify what was useful, what deserves continuity and how to bring it realistically into work, schedule and personal life.

Rasayana India
Rasayana India is an accompanied immersion in India that brings together an ayurvedic consultation, treatments, Yoga, nutrition, rest and body practice within three stages: preparation, immersion and integration.
Rasayana can be lived by the sea or in a natural setting. They are two complementary ways of entering the same process.

A week by the sea to enter Rasayana with rest, treatments, Yoga, body practice, a freer midday, walks and sunsets.

A week in a natural setting to live Rasayana with more retreat, complete Ayurvedic nutrition, rest, gentle walks and reduced stimulation.
You can live one Rasayana week or combine several weeks depending on availability, personal moment and desired depth.
GeWell was born from a direct relationship with India and with professionals who practice Ayurveda in its original context. The experience doesn't use India as an exotic backdrop. It understands it as a source of practice and depth. GeWell's role is to take care of the structure, the cultural translation and the accompaniment, so the experience is clear, safe and understandable for a Western person.
GeWell combines experience design, close accompaniment and professionals specialized in Ayurveda, the body and practice.
